In this update I have improved the performance a lot. 

Some visual effects have been added as well:

-Cutting trees and rocks. 

-Blood when creeps die

-Effects when coins appear

I also added Ragdoll for creeps. Now when they die, they will lie on the battlefield for a while longer.

Added ability to change camera range.
